In this work, Pandit Madhusudan Ojha has unraveled the true meaning of terms like `devata` (deity), `pitr` (paternal ancestors) and `rishi` (sage) as given in the Vedas. These Vedic definitions had been lost for several generations before Ojhaji decided to study the Vedas and unearth them and find their meanings in the process.
आधिदैविकाध्यायःयह ग्रन्थ देवताधिकार, पितृनिरूपणाधिकार, ऋषिसामान्याधिकार, सृष्टिप्रवर्तकाधिकार, वेदर्षिरहस्याधिकार, वेदप्रवर्तकऋष्यधिकार, आयुर्दायचिन्ताधिकार, व्यक्तिबहुत्वाधिकार एवं गोत्रप्रवर्तकाधिकार नामक कुल नौ अधिकारों में विभक्त है । इस ग्रन्थ के माध्यम से वेदों में प्रयुक्त देवता, पितृ, ऋषि आदि शब्दों के वेदसम्मत वास्तविक रहस्य को बतलाने का प्रयत्न किया गया है जो रहस्य सहस्राब्दियों से वैदिक परिभाषा ग्रंथो के नष्ट हो जाने से लुप्तप्राय हो गया था ।
